It's like one of those days where you have no plans ahead of you, just a handful of complaisant hours to do whatever you want to do. That's what this journaling exercise is like. No rush, no worries. Grab a couple supplies and start adding marks to your journal. You can use paint, crayons, ink, collage. Whatever you want! I started off with a page that already had a piece of collage glued down, from there I added lines, paint, words, and kept going until I felt happy with the page. For the second spread I started with a water soluble crayon and started drawing, then added paint and words. Journaling like this can open creative doors you didn't even know existed, all you have to do is show up and see what happens.
