Do you have a stack of paintings that you aren't totally in love with?
What to do with them?
Why not paint over them! I love doing this every so often, bringing life back to a painting that feels like it just isn't what I want it to be. For this exercise, I took two of the pieces I created in the "Look ma, two hands" exercise and painted over them with my leftover oil paints.
Sometimes we just need to let go and play. Without any concern or care as to what the results look like. I hope you will give yourself permission to do so!
